      að verða búin og bara búið að ganga vel. Skil ekki hversvegna
      maður klikkar alltaf á matræðinu, ég til dæmis gleymi alltaf
      að borða. Fór á kaffihús á föstudaginn og það bjargaði mér
      alveg að ég var södd, annars hefði ég farið í eitthverja
      bombu. Það er mjög gott að ákveða fyrir fram hvað maður ætlar
      að borða og undirbúa allar máltíðir vel. Þannig maður er
      aldrei tómhentur þegar maður á að borða. Gott er að láta
      símann minna sig á á þriggja tíma fresti.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Comic Sans MS" size="4"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ekki&amp;nbsp;sleppa
æfingu því það kom annað upp á:&lt;/strong&gt; Ef þú sérð fram á að ná
ekki fullum klukkutíma í æfingar reyndu þá að komast frá í 20
mínútur og taktu stutta en ákafa æfingu ( þær eru ekki minna
áhrifaríkar ). Ef þú sérð fram á að geta alls ekki æft allan daginn
þá skaltu hugsa enn meira um mataræðið og passa að það klikki ekki
líka.&amp;nbsp; Að geta ekki æft er í lagi í eitt og eitt skipti en ef
mataræðið klikkar líka ertu helmingi verr staddur.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="comic sans ms,sand"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ég held
að ég drekki ekki nægan vökva:&lt;/strong&gt; Vatn er mikilvægasta efni
líkamans. Við töpum u.þ.b. tveimur til þremur lítrum af vatni á dag
og þurfum að bæta það upp. Fólk sem hreyfir sig mikið þarf enn
meira. Að drekka vatn er beinlínis grennandi því það dregur úr
matarlyst og kemur í veg fyrir að við borðum yfir
okkur.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
